The involvement or not of a homestead in an activity has already been stored in
CS11Data2b as PURCAT, SELCAT etc. By stacking these
variables in the same way and forming a frequency table, counts of 152, 144, 154, 117, 64, 139, 37 16 and 154 for
the different activities, respectively, are obtained. We can add these to the table and use them as denominators to
form the percentages.
